Ecstatic Dance

Come move your body in supportive sacred space to a wave of music, starting gently and building to a peak of chaos, and then coming back down into stillness.

Warmup begins at 4pm, with an opening circle at 4:30pm. Please arrive in time for the opening circle, as this is essential for creating the container. We'll dance through the wave and then re-gather on the other side for a closing circle.
