What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is an opportunity to immerse yourself in sound, to relax, release, receive, and connect with your inner light.

I play a traditional Chinese solar flare gong, hand-hammered Himalayan bronze bowls, a handmade rain stick, and Koshi wind chimes, and tone with my body. Each sound bath is improvised intuitively according to the needs of each participant, and reflects my unique evolution of the principles and techniques from my training with Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound & Light Academy.

  • “I was invited to my first sound bath, I had no expectations, but surprisingly enjoyed it. But the big surprise was when I woke up in the morning and realized that I had slept all night. I usually get up at least two times a night to go to the bathroom and this night I slept all night, which was the best. I look forward to doing it again.”

  • "I think it was an amazing sound healing session that I could still be feeling [the next day]"
